This Oeuf Bunk is a great example. It's not cheap however it can be split into two beds. You can make the lower bed as a twin or add a trundle bed to accommodate sleepovers. It's manufactured in Europe made of FSC Baltic Birch plywood and eco-friendly MDF. It is also free of VOCs and has a non-toxic, water-based finish.
